MOTIVATE THE PEOPLE TO JOIN
Nowadays, only the parties decide who will access the parliament and can be a lawmaker.This is a discouragement for people that haven't joined a political party. We can break that! If after the elections there is a lottery between all voters and some of them can gain access to the parliament, voter's participation in the elections will be increased. This will be a great motivation to participate, the salary is high the connections are big the social status and the increase of power of the ability be involved and to influence human history. To ensure the quality of those voters that will have the chance to participate in the parliament, it would be mandatory to follow courses that will lead to a "candidates diploma". This diploma will enclose basic knowledge that is in need to work as a member of the parliament.
Economics,laws,history,technology,psychology,rhetoric and science basics in a solid and comprehensive way.
This lottery ticket to the parliament can motivate people to participate more as they will have the chance to become a member of the parliament.
Expect to this, after sharing the idea with many people some think as a motivation decreasing on taxation or free electricity or a house, traveling i heard even an i-phone.
Participation and motivation must be entangled. Nowadays political parties and candidates make profit out of the elections. It would be fair enough at least for some people to make profit also for their participation to democracy.
