Our cause to prevent Dictatorships

Historically economic crisis has led to political changes and dictatorships. This is our main fear and this is what we hope to prevent, by making democracy attractive and powerful.

Nowadays fascism has started to grow fast inside many democratic republics. Democracy has a few "bugs" but if we fix them it can run great.

Our cause is to fight our fear. Our fear on losing democracy. Our Hope to make democracy smarter, accessible, increase participation and convergence into society, fight poverty and inequality, not just in theory but with this new system we vision.

First thing first, to play ball you need to know the game and this is why we propose a training over Internet for a democracy diploma- Candidate's Diploma, in every country mandatory to everyone, who seeks for a political position.

This should be free to everyone and educate candidate's on the basics.

One month Economics: Macro - Economics , Micro- Economics , Finance.

One month on Law: Local and International

One month on Agricultural and Animal production.

One month on Defense and Foreign Policy

One month on Education and Public Health

One month on Energy and Environment

After successfully passing all of the above basic training exams the Candidate would have a diploma -certification that would provide them with the right to enter the parliament.

In this way person would be obligated to learn the basics and become wholesome. The training should be based on facts and not opinions giving the fundamentals to the Candidate's. The training should be designed by universities and the Diploma would be given by the state when every each university will certify that the person passed the exams.

We propose this six module training as a threshold of knowledge to become a lawmaker.

Another opinion that we have heard while exposing and spreading the ideas, is the candidate to be able to enter the parliament without the certification but not be able to vote before gaining it.

Also we have heard also of an economic motive, i.e. people who gain it and enter the parliament would be paid more and the ones that don't have would be paid less.

Another similar proposition is an optional Citizen's Diploma, free over the Internet and accessible to all citizens in a simple approach to make them more wholesome about politics sectors. We propose this to be a brief training in all the above modules. An approximate duration of 30 should be adequate to learn and be able to judge if the candidate is lying on your face or not.

Secondly Salary cut offs should start from political positions when there is no surplus or there is economic depression.

In Economical terms:

The proposition here is to impose a relation between GDP (explaining below) and the Salary of the high hierarchy public sector employees impacting all public sector political positions. -->The GDP is a way to calculate countries wealth every year.

Our proposal is the primary surplus percentage of the GDP to define if the Salary of high hierarchy public sector employees will be increased or decreased.

Another idea is that people that vote should be rewarded by the state and this way participation will increase.

A lottery between voters can provide a motivation for participation. Till now only the parties and candidate's have profit.

We proposed that 3 people can enter by lottery in the parliament. After communicating the idea some people may not want this benefit.

May want to have another profit, like decrease of taxation, free electricity or a scholarship. Free entrance to museums. We heard even an i-phone could be a motive.

The main result of all this discussion is that we it seems that people really need motivation.

Justice, should be also in economic terms. Penalties that have to be normalized according to someone's wealth.

After a fixed point they should be multiplied with a coefficient according to one's wealth.

Everyone who is above the average -GDP/CAPITA, will have a graded increase.Of course in countries with high tax evasion along with this normalization algorithm, other criteria must be applied.

Of course the normalization algorithm can operate as a taxation to bring income to the state and redistribute the wealth among public structure.

Another thought is to establish a coefficient of society consistency, similar thinking with Gini's coefficient, that will relate the minimum private sector wage, with the maximum public sector's wage. It is very important to bring social groups together and avoid extreme individualism that is tearing apart society.

Also wealth redistribution is a critical issue for societies bonds. Society must use graded taxation and penalties to redistribute wealth with structures and care.

We should be able to vote for two parties and not only one, to gain control and promote coalitions. (every one in game theory will support us on this). We expect the political parties to cooperate for the common weal- good, but yet we can only choose one of them in the elections. This rule of being able to vote for one party, creates a competitive environment.Parties are in opposition in order to gain our vote. Antagonism creates opposition and opposition leads to propaganda. This is happening just because the system gives us the opportunity to only choose one. This is obvious especially during the elections where the opponents show no mercy for each other. Parties cannot cooperate as the system obliges them, to fight each other in order to gain our attention and vote. And this leads into promises of fairylands and into spreading rumours against each other in order to fulfill their goal and take control of the state.

We need your feedback, hoping for a better world.
