Every professional knows that if they won't perform as they should, they may lose part of their Salary. Can this fear work as a motivation on political governors? Can a salary cut off work as a motivation on all political public positions? Can this be a motivation for them to work more and together?
This may be a way to make all political public positions work together and not just say "it is not my problem", "go to the other employee", "go to the other building", "go to the other department"..."we are not the competent department".
Political public sector positions are positions assigned by the Government and usually have the highest salary of all.
Explaining :If a country has larger levels of income relative to current spending, it is said to have a primary surplus; (excluding depth expenses) and this is what we propose to be linked with the High hierarchy public sector’s employees Salary.
Prime Minister, Ministers, President, Members of the parliament ,Directors and managers of Public organisations, high hierarchy Judges, their salaries should be connected to real growth (primary surplus) and cut off when there is no growth. Not only ordinary people should suffer but them also, with no exception we are in this together, well connected or not should have the same impact.
In this way responsibility and liableness won't diffuse and everyone from the manager of an organization to the President of a country will take responsibility to prevent a salary cut off.
Political public sector positions, salaries cut off when there is no growth.
In Economical terms:
The proposition here is to impose a relation between GDP (explaining below) and the Salary of the high hierarchy public sector employees impacting all public sector political positions. -->The GDP is a way to calculate countries wealth every year.
Our proposal is the primary surplus (explained) percentage of the GDP to define if the Salary of high hierarchy public sector employees will be increased or decreased.
If we were to give a simple title it would be: Surplus Yes Political Salary Up
Surplus No Political Salary Down
