#BrexitJustice is a volunteer run crowdfunding campaign which exists to fund legal action in order to bring justice to dishonest politicians and challenge Brexit in the courts.
Marcus J. Ball, who founded the Brexit Justice campaign, says his team of lawyers are now building a case to take politicians to court.
On 23 June 2016 over 33 million people voted in the EU referendum. Brexit justice campaign is strongly supported from those who believe that the organization ‘Vote Leave’ misled members of the public. Vote Leave is said to have done so by promoting two claims. First, that the UK sends £350 million to the European Union every week and this money would be spent on the National Health Service if the UK voted to leave the European Union. Second, that remaining in the European Union would lead to unrestricted immigration.
The first claim seems incorrect and the proposal hypothetical, the second claim is also hypothetical as it was based mostly on migration from Turkey which isn't an EU member after all.
Can we extract the conclusion that "Vote Leave" may have deliberately misled the public?
Even if we end up on this conclusion or not, the important thing is that if Vote leave can be prosecuted. Someone can read more on this in [1].
